He's a white shark, so he's a 'warm blooded' fish. He's retained mammalian traits ( given he's a hybrid creature ) but he's waterbound, saltwater dwelling and pretty lizard-brained ( he's capable of complex thought, dexterity, etc. but he's heavily influenced by instinct like most animals are, rather than 'think first', so to speak. ). His size is basically reflecting his 'species' ( white shark, rather ). He can't sit still in most cases because he lacks spiracles and relies on the water current to move water over his gills for oxygen, but when theres movement/waterflow he can sit still. He rarely sleeps because of it and instead kind of just goes into 'sleep mode' like a computer. Still on, still able to spring to life when needed but basically using very little power and moving much slower haha.
