Thanks. =3 Well, about the eye thing, it's a common anime thing that the eyes remain visible even when part of them should be hidden behind that hair. (Unless one or both of that character's eyes are supposed to be hidden completely, like Chipple...) My way of doing it, I like to give the effect that the hair appears to be slightly semi-transparent, thus allowing the eyes to be visible, while still giving depth to the hair. This should only be done if the eyes are only partially covered -- it looks really weird if that eye was completely hidden by the hair or worn head accessories, yet the eye is still visible.
