A powerful gift from my burdfriend  aetus inspired by my incredible life journey and a song that has become a personal rallying cry. I could write a whole essay about what I’ve gone through, but it should suffice to say that I’ve faced some considerable challenges, and have had to do a lot to overcome them. It’s changed my life for the better, and while I still have my down days, more and more I’m looking forward toward what the future holds for me.

If there's any wisdom I can share, it’s that it’s never too late to make your dreams come true. Your past can't be changed, but your future can, and you still have time to make it. You might have a longer, harder road to get there, and it might be discouraging at times, but don't give up. I broke the shackles and found my flame, and I know you can too. Go for it, because you have nothing to lose, and everything to gain!
