Ah yeah, I feel like when I'm a bit more honest and stop trying to be upbeat 24/7 I disappoint people and its honestly not fun.
Anxiety is a shit, and I'm sorry ya gotta deal with that jank too.

i feel like you have to subject normies to it for them to really get it and learn about it first hand. i refuse to make a sad-twitter or vent account. kind of a "warts and all" thing for me.
