A 35$ commission story for 
MichaelGrey, about an alien coming to Earth, taking on the shape of a Pterodactyl, and then voring a bunch of people at a mall.
You know, normal stuff.
This was based around a 2001 Sci-Fi film called "Evolution".

Ever since the creation of the planet the life on Earth has been using natural time and evolution to create the perfect balance of where everyone's role in the food chain is.
All of that would come to change however as a strange comet carrying life inside of it from outer space was making it's way into Earth's atmosphere, and unlike many other ones that would just burn up on it's trip this one seemed to be ready for impact!
As it started to get burnt and scratched down to the size of a tennis ball it made contact into what looked like a hot dessert in the Arizona region, and despite it's small size it was still powerful enough to create a good size crater.
Luckily being far enough outside of civilization the small space rock was able to just rest in it's deep sand pit, as the super hot sun was helping a great deal in making the life inside of it to grow and evolve.
From first sipping out of the cracked up comet as a gooey green slime the intergalactic life form soon started to adapt to the Earth's atmosphere and gravity force, and during the course of a week it slowly started to take on a solid form as a small silver looking worm.
After that it quickly started to dig itself down deeper as it encountered bigger bugs that it first fought off, before devouring and taking over their shapes in a way to get bigger and stronger.
During the course of a few more days this soon grew from small bugs like ants and beetles, to larger creatures like lizards and rodents, and as the extraterrestrial slowly but steady was working it's way up to soon becoming the most dangerous predator's creature on this planet something would show up to take this plan into a completely different direction!
Digging itself deep enough underground the alien creature (Currently holding the shape of a mole) ended up finding some resistance in the soft dirt from getting into contact with something much harder, which turned out to be the skeleton remains of a dinosaur! (A Pterodactyl to be more exact)
At first the alien creature was about to try and devour these bone pieces like it had done with everything else, but upon feeling around and seeing the predator potential that it held it decided to try and adapt from it.
So by loosening up it's mole from and instead letting it's gooey mass get covered and pulling together all the bones the alien creature seemed to have found the most perfect body yet for being a top hunter on this planet!
Once time underground had lead the alien to help the previously pile of bones to not only get muscles and flesh and skin once again but also life, the now newborn Pterodactyl felt more then ready to start hunting as it started to crawl itself back up towards the surface.
Upon seeing the sunshine once more and having fresh air breathing into it's lungs as it spread out it's wings, the now revived dinosaur looked over at the nearby city at the horizons and felt a certain urge to find something large enough to still it's newfound hunger!
Rising up from it's grave the previously extinct creature took off and sought for the skies, as it looked across the vast desert landscape to search after where something very filling for a meal could be hiding.
With just sand and the same small animals that the alien life form had been consuming in it's smaller stages it seemed like this planet might not have been as well planned to continue growing on, when the Pterodactyl saw something shiny flickering into it's eyes from the far distance.
Flying closer the winged monster saw that the shiny thing was some huge metal letters A & M, that was rotating on top of a very large building that was placed in the outskirt of the rest of the town. (With the letters being short for "Arizona Mall")
With the help of it's really advanced sights the newly reborn Pterodactyl could see many two-legged creatures that was seemingly gathering themselves inside that big place, and that only seemed to make it even more clear for this hungry beast that entering that very area would be it's smartest move.
As the flying dinosaur got closer to the mall many of the preys that was still outside spotted the strange shadow being cast over them, and when looking up they all got into a big state of panic!
Looking down the Pterodactyl saw how all the outside meals quickly ran into what looked almost like weird metal versions of snail, but they took of surprisingly more quickly then it had been expecting them to do.
With now half of the parking spot being gone of those weird snail shells that some of the meals had used the alien/dinosaur hybrid could see that there was still plenty of activity inside of the nearby building, as if nobody inside had noticed the commotion outside.
Being still plenty of tasty meals left inside this "mall" thing the Pterodactyl alien was fully ready to try out and see just how big meals this new body could handle!
Entering into the mall the Pterodactyl knew that the best way of hunting was to stay high up and strike from above, so it took up to hide near the ceiling as it starred down towards the few humans remaining. (That still hadn't noticed it being present.)
Knowing that it would be most wisely to take them out one at the time the flying dinosaur could see a single girl that was seemingly just starring down into what looked like a small flat screen, not seeming to care at all over where she was at the moment.
Being the perfect prey to start of with the Pterodactyl carefully and silently kept on following the lonely girl as she went into the store for female clothing.
Landing a rest on top of some big cloths shelves the big creature decided to try and snag her up, as it lowers it's neck and open up it's jaws to eat her up.
But right at the moment when it was about to slam it's jaws over her head the girl actually looked up and saw what was happening, and she screamed out in terror as she tossed the phone out of her hands!
As that happen the phone ended up flying straight up into the Pterodactyl's throat, and by pure reflex it ended up swallowing the thing up!
While the Pterodactyl was still mostly confused over what just happen the girl remained pretty shocked and scared until she noticed her phone no longer being in her hands, and when the thing started to vibrate and make sounds from inside the dino's belly she actually became pretty pissed.
"How dare you just eat my phone like that?! That can be a very important text-message in there, and I DEMAND you to give it back to me NOW!" The girl said as she even gave the Pterodactyl a kick in the belly to make it do as she ordered, and naturally the very hungry dinosaur knew just the perfect way to reunite the girl with her phone.
Grabbing a hold on her the prehistoric beast open up it's jaws once more, and this time shoved the girl's head and shoulders inside, before then swallowing even more of her up!
Being unable to escape the girl tried to kick the big monster again and again to release her, but in the end she only got more and more crapped up inside the mouth and throat as she now only had her sneaker wearing feet hanging out from the jaws.
Slurping those up aswell the Pterodactyl made one final swallow as it could feel the girl moving around a little bit before going calm.
Inside the belly the trapped girl quickly searched around to find her already half digested phone, and with her very limited air supply she tried to make a text-message to send for help.
But when trying to send the phone just said "Unable to get a signal." and the girl cried out "Are you kidding me right now?!" before feeling herself getting so tired that she passed out, letting the monster that swallowed her up finally have her as a meal now.
Having a belly full of human now would obviously be making it pretty hard for this flying predator to remain in the air, but luckily being an alien hybrid gave it some "special powers" including digestive juices that could dissolve any prey inside of it in just mare seconds.
And upon feeling the trapped girl kicking and hitting it's stomach walls again (Over now having it's phone broken because of it) the Pterodactyl decided to let it's more deadly digesting fluids start doing it's magic now, and after about 10 seconds of waiting there was nothing more then some small added fat onto it's body that was remaining of the young girl. (Or her phone)
Barley had the hungry dinosaur finished it's first meal before it could hear the sound of other potential victims to devour, as it followed the strange sound into what seemed like a toy store.
Once again crawling up at the top of the tall shelves the Pterodactyl leaped from dial to dial until finding the source of the very loud noises.
Looking down it could see two more humans, one that seemed to be of a bigger and older female then the one it just had been having, and a smaller male that was sitting in a strange cart that the adult female was putting stuff into.
"But I don't want that one, I want THAT one!" The smaller male human was shouting out as it took the incorrect things up from the cart he was sitting in, and tossed them violently into the ground outside of it.
The adult female could be seen putting her hand up against her forehead, sighing heavily, and then saying in a very patience tone that, "I understand, but try to not toss those other things out! They might break."
"Why should I care mom? I'm not the one paying for it!" The smaller one said as it then started to purposely slam things against the cart to make as much noise as possible. (Driving both the mother and the Pterodactyl mad from it!)
"No I know. It is I." The mother said to herself as the kid could be heard shouting back, "That's damn right!"
"And who taught you saying stuff like that?!" The mother asked upset over her son's language, as the kid just turned around and ignored her.
At this point the mother just decided to ignore her son and left him and the shopping cart where it was as she walked off to get some other things from her list.
Seeing the perfect opportunity the Pterodactyl started to lower itself down the eat up the lonely child, and as he started to once again makes lots of noises to hurry up his mom the dinosaur just couldn't wait to make this pain to it's ears end.
Snagging up and swallowing up the small meal the kid went from being an annoying brat to becoming Pterodactyl belly pudge in less then 30 seconds.
Upon seeing the mother returning the Pterodactyl quickly went back up to the top of the self to stay hidden, and await to see what her reaction would be.
At first the mother didn't know what to make of the still and silent shopping cart, but then she simply assumed the best that her boy had just decided to bury himself under the all the things she was buying, and was just resting quietly now. (Given how this was the first time in forever with her getting some peace and quiet the mother just decided to blindly think so for now.)
Being a bit surprised over the mother's lack of knowing her child was missing the Pterodactyl decided to follow her along, and then hopefully also add her into it's collection of human meals.
It seemed like those things the mother went to pick up was the last ones on the list, since she then took the cart straight up towards the closest cash register.
At the desk stood a very pretty looking girl that politely asked if there was anything else needed before buying, and the mother asked if they happen to have any nice "Wrapping Paper" behind the desk.
"Just one moment, mam." The girl said before crouching down under the desk to look, and with nobody watching now the Pterodactyl decided to strike!
Sneaking up from behind the mother the monster jumped up with it's mouth fully open, managed to swallow up to the lady's waist in one go, and then took off exiting the store with the kicking legs of the mother still hanging out as the girl came back up with the paper.
"This wrapping paper right here will cost you some more then the usual ones, but I believe that you will find it most..." The cashier girl said before noticing the lady she recently talked to being gone, and only her overstuffed cart being left at it's place.
Seeing this the girl sighed heavily and said, "Typical regretful people like that to just leave it all behind, and for us to put it all back up." before she was forced to leave her spot and start driving the thing all around to put all of the goods back in it's place.
Being not the easiest thing to carry around an adult woman that was making lots of resistance while running on all four the Pterodactyl decided to swallow up all of her so that it could have an easier time running to hide somewhere.
With it's belly full once again the monster used it's quick working digestive juices to make it less heavy in the middle, and instead just slightly bulgier all over the rest of it's body.
By now the Pterodactyl was starting to look a little chubby, as it had to pant for air a little bit once done running, before looking after what's next to eat up.
Once again some unfamiliar noises caught the attention of the mall eater, and when flying over to observe it the creature saw something that probably wasn't a part of the norm.
What it witnessed was two younger males that was in the middle of breaking glass windows and littering out the containment of garbage cans. (Apparently just for fun.)
Just when starting to wonder if this was a part of anything normal that was happening on Earth the Pterodactyl then spotted how some lightly armoured humans came running towards the two young ones, and the ones causing the mess quickly started to run away in each different direction.
Understanding now fully what was going on the dinosaur alien hybrid got a pretty nasty plan for how to use this situation to it's advantage, as it started to fly after one of the young males on the run from the mall cops.
When running all over the place trying to shake the security guard off of him the guy noticed how a roof panel to the ventilation shaft was hanging loose, and with a pretty quick and powerful jump he managed to grab a hold onto it and pull himself inside the shaft before the guards came around the corner.
And while the guards had lost tracks of him now the Pterodactyl most certainly hasn't, as by flying above the ventilation connections the smart dinosaur knew just in which direction the vandalising youngster would be heading towards to exit, and it would be waiting for him there!
Being inside a ventilation shaft was both pretty cramped up and also very cold from all the fans blowing the air around him, but still the young rebel felt that he could be all safe once he would reach the end part of this long labyrinth.
It was also really dark inside the ventilation so it was mostly taking guesses to find the right way out, and it was all going pretty smoothly until the cold metal walls started to feel a lot more wet and warm.
First when feeling a tight muscular structure trying to get a grip onto his hand did he understand that he wasn't inside the ventilation any longer and tried to back out, but by then it was already to late as he could feel the walls slamming down against his legs!
Having followed the sound of his crawling thought the air ducts the Pterodactyl had be able to spot ahead of him just where the criminal would come out, and had simply placed it's big jaws around the exit.
So now the guy had already been crawling half of himself into the monster's mouth, and now all that was left was for it's tongue to help push the guy fully into the throat.
2 small gulps to help get the guy started, and pretty soon gravity itself did the rest as one of the two vandalises was taken care off.
Feeling the poor guy struggling inside of the stomach the alien-dino decided to wait digesting for later before first having captured also the other one!
Following the commotion of the chase the somewhat full Pterodactyl took off once more as it flew above the whole scene, and saw the second guy having a harder time getting rid of his followers.
In a desperate attempt to get away the guy open up a door that said "employers only" and went straight into the mall's big storage room.
Not even carrying to light up the lights he quickly ran pass self after self of unpacked stuff, before finally find just a big pile of boxes to bury himself in.
Once the guards came in they pressed the light switch, and for the chased man it was a painfully and nerve-racking long time of them almost finding his hiding spot until finally giving up and leaving.
Thinking that he was finally out of danger the guy got out from the piles of boxes and tried to leave when he could feel his one foot still being stuck, and when trying to pull free he saw that the reason to why his foot wasn't coming with him was cause it was in the mouth of the big Pterodactyl! (That had decided to hide in the big box pile before he had also come there.)
Having no other option then to scream for help the guy tried to almost get rid of his one foot entirely before the flying dinosaur did decide to let go, sending him falling over onto the floor.
Before he could do anything else the guy was pounded down by the hungry beast (With his friend still seen struggling from inside the stomach), and the drool coming down from it's jaws really said it all as they came down and made everything around the poor guy dark once again!
Soon he too was joining his partner in crime inside their common prison cell inside the stomach sack, and just shortly after they would also have a quick execution together.
Having two adult meals getting digested together really was a nice treat for the Pterodactyl, as all of that human fat was nicely being used to turn all of it's already slightly chubby body to becoming a lot more "filling" in it's areas. (Mostly in the hips and belly parts.)
Feeling that it had now been having enough meals for a while the dinosaur alien life-force lifted itself up once again into the air (If with a bit resistance now when weighting more), and decided to head straight to the exit.
As it was done hunting for food it had decided to completely stop trying to hide itself, and was instead fully in the open as it dashed through the different plans of the big mall. (Scaring countless of costumers and employers in the process!)
Panic was naturally broken out as many people either screamed, run to hide, called the cops, or tried to film this spectacle with their phones.
Heading towards the same doors that it had entered from the Pterodactyl saw one lonely human doing just that, as he seemed to be to into filming this miracle of terror to notice it was coming straight into his direction!
Feeling that one last quick meal wouldn't hurt the Pterodactyl lowered itself upon reaching the doors, and in front of shocked onlookers snagged up the guy and swallowed him up quickly while smashing apart the glass doors and escaping!
Once out the beast headed back into the big empty dessert and soon found a new home for itself to rest inside in the shape of a cave, while using all of this extra padding on it's body to keep it feed for months.
Despite police's best tries there was sadly nothing they could do the track the thing, and the people living anywhere near the dessert just had to hope that they wouldn't be anywhere near once the slumbering beast wakes up and gets hungry yet again!

With it's belly full once again the monster used it's quick working digestive juices to make it less heavy in the middle, and instead just slightly bulgier all over the rest of it's body.
By now the Pterodactyl was starting to look a little chubby, as it had to pant for air a little bit once done running, before looking after what's next to eat up.
Once again some unfamiliar noises caught the attention of the mall eater, and when flying over to observe it the creature saw something that probably wasn't a part of the norm.
What it witnessed was two younger males that was in the middle of breaking glass windows and littering out the containment of garbage cans. (Apparently just for fun.)
Just when starting to wonder if this was a part of anything normal that was happening on Earth the Pterodactyl then spotted how some lightly armoured humans came running towards the two young ones, and the ones causing the mess quickly started to run away in each different direction.
Understanding now fully what was going on the dinosaur alien hybrid got a pretty nasty plan for how to use this situation to it's advantage, as it started to fly after one of the young males on the run from the mall cops.
When running all over the place trying to shake the security guard off of him the guy noticed how a roof panel to the ventilation shaft was hanging loose, and with a pretty quick and powerful jump he managed to grab a hold onto it and pull himself inside the shaft before the guards came around the corner.
And while the guards had lost tracks of him now the Pterodactyl most certainly hasn't, as by flying above the ventilation connections the smart dinosaur knew just in which direction the vandalising youngster would be heading towards to exit, and it would be waiting for him there!
Being inside a ventilation shaft was both pretty cramped up and also very cold from all the fans blowing the air around him, but still the young rebel felt that he could be all safe once he would reach the end part of this long labyrinth.
It was also really dark inside the ventilation so it was mostly taking guesses to find the right way out, and it was all going pretty smoothly until the cold metal walls started to feel a lot more wet and warm.
First when feeling a tight muscular structure trying to get a grip onto his hand did he understand that he wasn't inside the ventilation any longer and tried to back out, but by then it was already to late as he could feel the walls slamming down against his legs!
Having followed the sound of his crawling thought the air ducts the Pterodactyl had be able to spot ahead of him just where the criminal would come out, and had simply placed it's big jaws around the exit.
So now the guy had already been crawling half of himself into the monster's mouth, and now all that was left was for it's tongue to help push the guy fully into the throat.
2 small gulps to help get the guy started, and pretty soon gravity itself did the rest as one of the two vandalises was taken care off.
Feeling the poor guy struggling inside of the stomach the alien-dino decided to wait digesting for later before first having captured also the other one!
Following the commotion of the chase the somewhat full Pterodactyl took off once more as it flew above the whole scene, and saw the second guy having a harder time getting rid of his followers.
In a desperate attempt to get away the guy open up a door that said "employers only" and went straight into the mall's big storage room.
Not even carrying to light up the lights he quickly ran pass self after self of unpacked stuff, before finally find just a big pile of boxes to bury himself in.
Once the guards came in they pressed the light switch, and for the chased man it was a painfully and nerve-racking long time of them almost finding his hiding spot until finally giving up and leaving.
Thinking that he was finally out of danger the guy got out from the piles of boxes and tried to leave when he could feel his one foot still being stuck, and when trying to pull free he saw that the reason to why his foot wasn't coming with him was cause it was in the mouth of the big Pterodactyl! (That had decided to hide in the big box pile before he had also come there.)
Having no other option then to scream for help the guy tried to almost get rid of his one foot entirely before the flying dinosaur did decide to let go, sending him falling over onto the floor.
Before he could do anything else the guy was pounded down by the hungry beast (With his friend still seen struggling from inside the stomach), and the drool coming down from it's jaws really said it all as they came down and made everything around the poor guy dark once again!
Soon he too was joining his partner in crime inside their common prison cell inside the stomach sack, and just shortly after they would also have a quick execution together.
Having two adult meals getting digested together really was a nice treat for the Pterodactyl, as all of that human fat was nicely being used to turn all of it's already slightly chubby body to becoming a lot more "filling" in it's areas. (Mostly in the hips and belly parts.)
Feeling that it had now been having enough meals for a while the dinosaur alien life-force lifted itself up once again into the air (If with a bit resistance now when weighting more), and decided to head straight to the exit.
As it was done hunting for food it had decided to completely stop trying to hide itself, and was instead fully in the open as it dashed through the different plans of the big mall. (Scaring countless of costumers and employers in the process!)
Panic was naturally broken out as many people either screamed, run to hide, called the cops, or tried to film this spectacle with their phones.
Heading towards the same doors that it had entered from the Pterodactyl saw one lonely human doing just that, as he seemed to be to into filming this miracle of terror to notice it was coming straight into his direction!
Feeling that one last quick meal wouldn't hurt the Pterodactyl lowered itself upon reaching the doors, and in front of shocked onlookers snagged up the guy and swallowed him up quickly while smashing apart the glass doors and escaping!
Once out the beast headed back into the big empty dessert and soon found a new home for itself to rest inside in the shape of a cave, while using all of this extra padding on it's body to keep it feed for months.
Despite police's best tries there was sadly nothing they could do the track the thing, and the people living anywhere near the dessert just had to hope that they wouldn't be anywhere near once the slumbering beast wakes up and gets hungry yet again!

Just like before, I love the detail you put into the alien dinosaur/dragon-esque creature's voring, and the kind of karmic fate that all its victims are given. It's especially funny when the cashier thinks the mom just up and left all her stuff behind on purpose and complains about how insensitive she is. That was a nice touch! Plus, this lovely creature's very underused and I love drawing more attention to it.
