The adorable 
Wario-Girl made some gift art for me the last week or so, including my new character Chloe into her on-going story and accompanying pictures. It involves Wario's persona Sally and Torque Redline from Cars 2 in a sort of side-plot prequel to the movie where Torque and her are undercover operatives taking on dangerous secret missions, continent hopping James Bond style.
I don't want to say too much, and actually sorry ahead of time Wario if you didn't mean for this developing plot here to be public yet.. inspiration just struck me out of nowhere you know? and I had to draw it out. Anyway yeah I don't want to say too much, just do yourself a favor and read her story yourself. :)
Anyway while undercover in Paris, Sally ends up worked into a situation where she's forced to nude model for some art students and meets Chloe there, sharing the stage with her lol.
Later Sally gets in a fight with Redline and runs off into the rainy Paris night in tears. The further plot is still being developed but lets just say Chloe finds her, crazy little human freezing to death in the middle of a rain storm.

Anyway Wario, personal thank you to you girl. I definitely didn't deserve the sudden fan-art from you, so I hope you enjoy this fan-art in return. I would like to think this captures exactly the mood of the scene we're working on. ^^ Already you're helping me develop Chloe by including her in your work. Maybe you'll actually help me make her a more complex character by the end of all this.

I was actually about to do my own version of that scene too (Great minds think alike) This is really beautiful, I can't thank you enough! Love Chloe and her outfit, and the mood is just stunning~! Well, I try. ^_^ .. glad I surprised you. Thanks, I actually went back and read a piece of your last chapter to see how close I got and I was amused to see how many little details you described carried over like the street lights and cobble streets.. guess I subconsciously remembered them. By all means feel free to still do your take, I'd be curious to see. : 3 Thanks, a lot of times with outfits I'll just draw one piece of clothing at a time and hope at the end they all look good together lol.. I am NOT good at fashion at ALL.. hell all I ever wear are t-shirts and blue jeans.. sexy huh?

Also I know you're probably just trying to have good manners and not talk about yourself. But feel free to tell me how you think I drew you too. Please, in fact don't hold back on anything. This drawing I can tell isn't as popular as my usual art.. lol it's like if you don't draw something sexy no one cares. XD Even your massive tea-filled tits covered in a wet shirt couldn't save this.

Oh yes, the vast amount of details you've including in this is amazing. I'm super impressed by it. Don't you worry, I plan on doing my version of that scene, I had the perfect poses and such.

The monochrome effect with this really reflects the sadness and scenery. I think it's perfect! But one day, we need to see Chloe in all of her colourful glory! >8V

Same here, which reminds me someday I need to draw the re-painting places someday. I have it planned out visually in my head with Cindi and Ashley repainting themselves. It's kinda like a spa or sun-tanning place thematically. The girls strip down and cover their delicate belly bits up in this sort of masking-off tin foil material, as well as anywhere else on their body they wanna mask off from the paint like their legs, arms, and tires. Many of those areas including their bellies/chests are mostly rubber cuz they need to be jiggly and bendable so the paint would just chip off. They also wear sun-tanning style goggles to cover their eyes from the paint. Then just stand there as the automated car-wash style machines paint them the new desired color.
