The vacuum of space would do nothing to the tail. The radiation of the stars would do a lot more damage. Space itself isn't dangerous. If you think the fluff will freeze off, then you'd be sorely mistaken. An object is only hot/cold because it receives that energy from other objects around it. Suck all the molecules away from your body and leave only your body and it will be intact. The only risk you have in space (and the only reason astronauts wear the big bulky space suits) is the difference of pressure between your lungs and space, the damaging radiation of the stars, and tiny space debris that's flying over 20k mph. Those three things make space suits necessary.
Obviously there's no actual problem because this is a silly sci-fi wallpaper, but if we wanted to get more technical, having an exposed body part would actually be really bad. You're correct in that her tail wouldn't freeze because there's no medium to convect the heat away into (she would VERY slowly lose heat via blackbody radiation, but that's irrelevant on casual timescales), but the vacuum that the limb is exposed to WOULD cause problems. The pressure differential cause by the vacuum would make any blood and other bodily liquids in her tail boil and expand, heavily damaging the tissue around it, most likely through bursting all the veins. The port in her suit that her tail is exiting through would need to be airtight around the base, to the point that it would probably be cutting off circulation in the first place. Either way, she'd probably be losing the tail.
But none of that matters, because this is just a silly, fun piece. She's protected by the "Law of Being a Cute Vixen." :P

Your body is a closed system. Air doesn't actually leave your body through your skin so there's no chance of pressure being compromised unless there is a breach. There's only one recorded case of a surviver in a vacuum... And he was just in a pressure controlled lab on earth. He said he felt the saliva on his tongue boiling before passing out in about 15 seconds.
I don't like linking sources from around the internet... but... These people I generally trust (mainly because they are scientists themselves).

To clarify, your body is capable of surviving even with parts being exposed to vacuum, it will commonly cause swelling and severe pain due to the pressure difference, which in turn causes circulation problems and numbness.
There is no exact number for how long a human could survive these conditions, but there have been accidents during space walks where someone had a hole punched in one of their gloves, and didn't even notice because the skin of his hand blocked it off. He suffered a small painful red mark. Another incident was during a balloon ride to near vacuum, when the rider's glove failed to pressurize. He spent about 15 minutes with his hand at near vacuum, and suffered swelling and restricted circulation for 3 hours after, but no long term ill effects.
If you are a Space Vixen, then, you have no trouble handling the vacuum of space with parts of your body uncovered, and the seal needn't actually be that tight to be safe enough. Also she has super powers. :p
