I was looking at some fallout diaper art story called Atom Baby Blues by 
PadlockedPadding ,and in on the second chapter of his story, I mentioned that mutated spiders are scarier than radroaches, then I mentioned that there were no diapered radroaches, there was a diapered deathclaw and nightstalker I found in my searches but no diapered radroach. So after me and PadlockedPadding typed to each other, he suggested that I should draw one, and I did. Anyway if you are wondering why he's in a radiation proof diaper, it's because he doesn't want to become a glowing radroach, due to getting nuclear materials from him. Also all the items in here are from Fallout 4, all but one, can you guess what that item is?
(If you are a Fallout fan, then you can guess this easily.)
