Thank you. The picture is supposed to be a photo attatched to an inter- embassy letter (written by Tony VonKrag). The letter implies that she might be assisting a British agent.

Tony VonKrag had taken a reference -- set up by Steve Gallacci as a 'reprint' from a Spontoon Island local newsletter -- featuring an extrapolated German seaplane (lower image in the link) with a strange 'nose'--

Steve had hinted in the text at some form of German naval intelligence involvement, and Tony ran with the idea to involve one of his characters in the situation, in a very concise & effective set of short letters.

Tony's only forthcoming description of 'Maggie' was that she should be a Raccoonish version of Bettie Page -- and immediately on hearing that, a visualization of the photo layout came together, complete with the grease-pencil comments on the photo. Tony was happy with the end result & so was I.
