Sprite Example Template - by ManedFireDrake
Alright! I now have an example template of the kind of sprite sheet I would need! I Will be using this as a basis for the time being until I can get further along, But Definately getting there!.
When I commission art for my game in the future, concerning creatures and characters, this is what I will need it to be. Far less work than spriting frame by frame!

Looks like you're going for vector graphics, awwwr
Frame by frame does offer advantages over having a character broken up into separate sprites that are moved or deformed.
Heh, this one game called Rayman used both techniques :3
Nobody in that game had arms or legs just disembodied hands and feet, yet the individual parts were sprites with frame by frame animation
And the graphics were all drawn traditionally then converted to bitmaps
