Stevo decided to become a professional wrestler at the age of 18, he trained two for years in pro wrestling & MMA. He made his professional wrestling debut in June 2014 at New Generation Wrestling (NGW) with the Ring name "Joe Silva" winning his first ever march as he started to rises in the rankings then winning the NGW GenX Championship after month of defending his title he then challenging the NGW Undisputed Championship to a champion vs champion match and winning his major championship and be coming a double champion . After a couple of months Stevo vacated the belts as he decided to travel around Britain and then over seas to different wrestling promotions to gain more experience and new techniques.
