Found an old pic of a villain I created for my Black Jack Blake universe.
The Shoal is a three-headed mutant eel, illegally implanted with human brains (you'd think these scientists would have something better to do). Each head has its own persona and acts as an individual, but the creature refers to itself in the plural, as "we" or "us."
The Shoal is a secretive crime lord in this universe, with many outsiders believing it to be a multitude of crime bosses working as a syndicate. The Shoal uses this idea to its fullest, allowing a very select few to know its actual nature. This knowledge comes at a price, however; the Shoal demands that the person in question stick to spreading the lie it has used for so long. And the Shoal's organization is very widespread, so if someone were ever to fail in keeping this promise, they won't live to regret it.
