A custom Tionishia (or Tio for short) figure I made from a Sword Art Online Asuna blind box figure from Funko. I made her for my Super Dungeon Explore collection, which she is to scale with.

Here's the break down of what I did...

Step 1: Took the braid off the back of the head.
Step 2 Used a hair dryer to get the head off the body.
Step 3: Altered the hair, and put a wire in her head to act as an armature for her horn.
Step 4: Sculpted on bigger boobs (not sure if they were big enough, but it was as close as I could get at this scale).
Step 5: Used epoxy putty to cover the area where the braid was removed.
Step 6: Sculpted a horn on her head.
Step 7: Took some excess putty off the horn to sculpt ears.
Step 8: Painted the head and body to match the character.
Step 9: Used eye decals and painted the mouth.
Step 10 Sprayed on acrylic clear coat, and put the head back on.
