This image is an abnormality, not only because the princess has never been witnessed bloating, but the photo appears staged and Papillon can be seen in the image smiling. The purpose of this image is unknown, but it's speculated to either increase villager morale or entice/warn potential suitors.
Due note that widespread distribution or possession of the image outside of kingdom grounds is considered illegal. When asked and shown the photo, she responded with almost a look of embarrassment and I was detained for the day. I was warned to keep the photo in kingdom grounds and avoid distributing it publicly, or I would be imprisoned permanently."
