He's a Candy dragon (closed species) Has a bottomless pouch (think the niffler from fantastic beasts) and spawns candies (specifically butterscotch disks) He is thousands of years old and like nearly all candy dragons he has chosen to revert his mind to a sense of childlike mischief and wonder. All Candy dragons incorporate the ears and feet of specific rabbit types based on their Region of origin. Since Skutter is from the Savory Sands Desert He has the Feet and ears of a standard Jackrabbit.

In addition all Candy dragons have Vestigial wings that have shrunk in size over the eons. They are obviously useless and most candy dragons have accepted this fact. There are only one breed of candy dragon who is born with wings capable of flight but that is a story for another time. Skutter is obsessed with wanting to fly. He is convinced that if only his hind end weren't so large he would be able to take to the skies even with his tiny wings. This obsession has led to all the other candy dragons teasing him and sing songing at him "Skutter wants to fly but his butt's too big!" and telling him his butt would be smaller if he'd just lay off the "Butt"er beer.

All in all he is full of wonder and love and like most candy dragons lives a life of ease and carefree.
