Made a short/smol guy with elements of a rooster/cockatrice, I currently do not have a name for him. :V
Here I imagine he's saying something like "Fear me!" while trying to be intimidating and failing horribly seeing as w/o his wings unfolded he's maybe 4.4ft tall.
I'll be making a full reference sheet for him later as well as a feral version.
