It's pretty easy - just use something that has round robin. So BFD, DFH, EZ Drummer, or Addictive Drums. Battery sounds -ok- but not super great on their live drums.
After that it's just varying velocities and making sure a drummer could actually do things, and if you want after that you can tweak the pattern to offset snares / hats and the like.
