After Joining the force only a month ago, Kody has gone through his fair share of "Rookie Pranks", however there is something about this new "Prank" that has Kody quite confused? However all of the other Rookies are wearing them so it must be real right? >3<
So this picture was done by the ever amazing and really fun
Kircai who if you are not watching, I HIGHLY recommend you go do so! He draws some really fun things such as this pic of Kody, who after returning to the ZPD Locker room to officially report for duty for the day, found that his normal uniform has been swapped out for these new "Retrofit" Uniform that is being implemented prescient wide to test its efficiency. It even came with an official new "ZPD standard issue TAU or "Tactical Absorbent Underwear", or at least that is what the note said from chief Bogo attached to the uniform, at ;east this looks like his handwriting? >.> I mean it does fit him nicely at least X3
This pictures is also part of a commission series that Kircai is doing called "Cops and Robbers" and his usual theme for accepting commissions is taking slots for a particular theme, and I gotta say this theme rocks! ^^

Yep! That is what Kody has to deal with from now on, however I am sure he will warm up to the new uniform in NO time! :p
I mean it is a new department wide time saver after-all and by designating a particular part of the day for diaper checks and changes from Command means more work is getting done at a much faster rate! >3>

*snickers* Lemme guess - now that potty breaks have been eliminated, lunch breaks will be regulated to be more efficient as well... With the employees confined to high-chairs while other employees control their food intake. The food must be pureed, of course, for faster consumption and easier digestion =p
Well like the night-howler epidemic a couple of years back, someone has been using some kind of herd that is making a lot of different kinds of animals on the force incontinent and until the suspect is caught the chief decided their needed to be slight change to the standard issue ZPD uniforms X3
