Gadge is a peculiar sort, regarded as small in stature even by pygmy bat standards, he is as diabolically genius as he is short. Whereas other scientists asks "Why?", this little bat asks: "Why not?".

A wanted man by WGOV, Gadge spends most of his days in the garage of his safe house, inventing and engineering up new weapons, gadgets, and chems, most of the time for just the "fun of it", and consuming volumes upon volumes of top-grade coffee in the process.

Gadge is more than happy to hand most of his "minor" inventions to his associates at Morbid Curiosities to sell in the black market. For one thing, he knows that genius will be used to destabilize WGOV through the criminal underworld, and from the profit his little pet project makes, it means there will also be ample funding for his lifestyle and future projects with little risk to himself, it's a win win for all parties, all parties except WGOV that is.

Is this all just to keep himself from getting bored? Or is he ultimately working towards a secret project that not even his closest associates know about? Only he knows.
