Morgan's Provincial Rifle Corp was a force serving in the Continental Army during the American Revolution.
Led by Colonel Daniel Morgan these elite soldiers wielded rifles capable of shooting up to ten times the distance than the typical 18th century soldier. Most famously, Morgan's Rifles were acknowledged for thier large role in the Battle of Saratoga.
