Surf's Up

Portia "Sam" Tracer was made up by Pandy quite some time ago and I’ve used her now and again as an extra. I needed a water type for an upcoming story thingamadoozy and she was kind enough to let me have this lovely lady. And despite sharing a name with a much more famous video game character, Sam’s surname is more of a continuation of naming Pandy’s creations after ReBoot characters.
