This isn't exactly a "hieroglyphic," but it's supposed to be an ancient piece of art on a wall.
Two serpentine dragons face-off - those are their heads on the left and their wrasslin' tails on the right.
Done back in my colored pencil period. The "aging" effects were done in Photoshop.
