Let's set the stage here.

The pic on the left, I drew in Paint when I was 14. I remember being so proud of actually doing a background at the time, since I usually just did headshots of characters.

This is what 13 years of practice, practice, practice gets you.

Yes, there's still a lot for me to learn (like painting water wtf girl is that) but it's amazing to see just how far I've actually come.

I hope people looking at this get inspired with their own works. You may think what you're doing right now isn't good enough, but it's better than where you were, and will get better as you grow.
