I figured it would be fun to take a crack at putting Disney's lovable bunny officer in the drink, and it was. ^ ^
I'm thinking she could be looking into a case and is following a fellow mink officer down the city's waterways for clues. Or maybe she fell in the water while patrolling around the coast in one of those police boats. Or something like that... I dunno', I'm just giving myself an excuse to put Judy in the drink. X3
