On one hand that's sad, on the other the way he acts it's not something that invokes Sympathy? He's still the 'bad guy' of this story it feels like. It would be interesting to see him as a kid or growing up because I imagine a lot of his jaded and rude attitude grew over time I'd guess.
Or maybe he was always a dick! Who knows!?

Good point. Maybe the glamour was there, but very weak/functioned differently. Like before they become sexually active only non-virgins can see them and they're mistaken as horses or perhaps they gain the horn at puberty like a deer with more perniment antlers, Idk. It's fun to think about though.
I knew it... It's just the Doctor in disguise! He must have accidentally swallowed one of those keys or something...

Good idea, because lot of people didn't see any of those explanations apparently. I didn't see it either,m even tho I usually go through the comments quickly. But I already expected it to work like that. :)
Now the question that remains: Is this supposed to be normal for Unicorns in this Universe, or it's more like a curse he acquired somehow? And if the latter, I wonder if it can be lifted? He doesn't seem to be a bad guy at heart - for example when he said good bye to Frost, he genuinely seemed torn by what is about to happen - but rather rather someone who has an outwards destructive self-defense reaction to suffering. And I can relate to that from personal experience, sadly. So I'm hoping there is a way to help him.

Not exactly.
The whole virgin association comes from the early Middle Ages. People believed that Unicorns are so fierce and strong that it's impossible for hunters to fight and defeat him - except, as bestiaries reported, with one trick: Present the Unicorn with a virgin girl (in some texts she has to be naked) and the Unicorn will calm down, and lay its head on the girl's lap and fall asleep - which gives hunters the chance to kill him while he is unaware. Unicorn horns were believed to have various magical properties, most importantly that of neutralizing every poison - which made it highly sought after by kings and nobles to place it in their cups so they are safe from poisoning, which was a very popular way of assassination at the time (and through most of history).

All the other things about virgins and Unicorns are simply later romanticizations on the idea that virgin girls have a special effect on Unicorns.

Don't think it looks like that, because seeing something like that is all the more noticeable. I suppose you mean its a form that people instinctively ignores altogether. But then again when someone is talking to him, they would not really look like they are talking to themselves. they be talking to something they don't care about.
So wait, the ring makes it so the wearer won't forget him, but the wearer still can't see him. And when he was devirginized the unicorn went all invisible ... does the ring cause the user to lose all perception of the unicorn but still remember him, or what? He seemed pretty invisible when the cute stag confronted him in the alley.
As you said, Frost can't really see/notice Ciel, but still remembered him with the ring. Ciel is, to all non-virgins, like the fleeting shadow you see in your peripheral vision, but when you try to look for it you can't see it. Even if you, as in Frost's rare case, KNOW he's there. There will be further explanation of the magic later on.
While this is how I pictured his glamour to work, doesnt it conflict with how it worked when he met Frost initially?
It seemed back then that Frost had to be wary (back in that cafe when they met) so people didnt think he was speaking all by himself?
Whereas here this person is talking to Ciel normally and even the person sitting next to him has no weird look. (So they 'see' the bartender speaking to someone, their minds just refuse to 'see' who it is that they are talking to)

The following page continues a bit on this exact subject, but the scene you're thinking of where Ciel first meets Frost is slightly different. The little kid can obviously see Ciel and is trying to point him out to her dad, and the only thing that makes sense to the dad's eyes is that there's a deer talking to himself.
But that's what I mean, the dad saw Frost speaking to nothing, rather than 'someone I cant seem to focus or notice well'.
In this current scenario, it looks like if a kid also pointed at Ciel, the adult would see the bartender and only react the 'they are speaking to someone' conclusion, not think they are talking to air.

I'm just curious at this point if that other unicorn you've drawn before will show up in this story or if we only dealing with Ciel. Also this is an interesting explanation, I literally thought about it as invisibility too and that stuff like drinks just turn invisible with him.
EDIT: Noir, there we go, couldn't remember his name.

"As has been mentioned before, Ciel has a pretty fucked up power. One that he apparently cannot control. The amount of pure, blind hate of him as a person based solely upon his actions without giving a single iota of consideration to his situation is a tad astonishing. Has he done some nasty things? Yeah. But you're talking about someone whose life is a living hell in a few different ways. He can't even interact with the majority of the population of the world. He's basically isolated from just about everyone.
How would you feel if every person you'd ever loved (and made love with) just dumped you by the curb and pretended like you no longer existed after that first night? This isn't what's happening, per se, but the effect upon Ciel is the same. It would hurt a lot...possibly drive a lot of people to suicide. Ciel has simply taught himself not to care (though it likely still eats away at him deep inside). It's a defense mechanism. The rest he drowns in liquor and virgin sex. Maybe he gave the ring to Frost just so that SOMEONE would remember him.
Think about what it would feel like if you had no one in the world who would care or even really notice if you dropped off the face of it. Ciel is beyond lonely. He's perhaps one of the loneliest people in the Cinderfrost world. Instead of giving up and killing himself, he's trying to make a life for himself. And yes, that involves walking on the feelings of others, but no more than he walks on his own feelings. That short time dating a virgin gives him a short time to feel loved, and to feel halfway normal.
When things inevitably take the next step (because he obviously can't ask a virgin to stay a virgin just for him to have someone to be with), it's all over for him as much as it is for the virgin. The biggest difference is, the heartbroken virgin can heal and move on. He can still find true love and a life with another...whereas Ciel cannot, and never will be able to. Perhaps he deserves some scorn for his actions, but what he really needs is someone to love him for the rest of his life.
Does this mean he won't do something reprehensible in the future out of spite or for the story's need to have a "bad guy?" Of course not, but I think Demi has given more thought to this story than to have something that plot-shallow happen."

It's really cool to see his ability explained, and it's super nice of you to answer questions in the comments! You did an amazing job coming up with an ability/power that provokes questions and interest. :)
I have a question too.....How did Ciel figure out how others perceive him?

The jock tiger reminds me of Devlin "Dev" Miski, a Tiger who plays cornerback on the Forrester University Football team, and the short fox, Wiley "Lee" Farrel, a cross-dressing red fox with an eye for spotting talented football players, from the book titled "Out of Position' by Kyell Gold.
