This is the HG 1/144 Char's Zaku II. :) Based on the build, I'm going to guess that this kit came out sometime between the 80s and the 90s. I really have no idea when it came out. It's a nice model, but the smell of plastic on this thing is so powerful that it feels like you're getting hit with in the face. -_- Seriously, you get hit by the smell the second you take the pieces out of the bags, so watch out for that. That aside, this is a pretty decent It for it's age, and you can get it fairly cheap. I got mine on Amazon $13, so this is a good kit if you're looking for something to build that won't take too big of a bite out of your wallet.
