This Bijoumon has a dark history to it (depending on if it's a unique or if it's a species) The story told in the picture is a rough snippet of the uniques' story, it's more in depth than what is shown, but the full story will be available in the game.
The concept of this Bijoumon actually came about from a conversation I was having with a designer from another game. He got "Old ladies paying ninjas with cookie dough" and I got "Those Gideon folks who leave bibles in hotels must either be ninjas, ghosts or ninjaghostmaids." >nod nod<

This Bijoumon is way cool. I looks like this legendary will become way powerful at certain type of places, or with a certain type of item that can cancel his curse permanently, except if he left the area or loses his item. (Exemple: Giratina in pokemon platinum, he has two forms.)
possibly, I don't see it happening at first anyways. Heck, I'm not even sure if this will be his finalized form! A lot of people seem to like it, so I may just brush him up a lil but I'm going to give him another make-over or two until he just drips of bad-ass. odd that according to history Gideon is actually a holy crusader/judge not a cursed religious fanatic >shrugs< oh well this is mainly based off of those people who place the bible of Gideon in every hotel across America but are never seen as opposed to the actual person.
It can be a finalized form, but can also have an alternate form that he can switch to, and vice-versa. unlike some creature, he can be the only one to change form.
Perhaps, try this, Same form, but no tablets, broken chains on its wrists, a cross neckless on its neck, and a more human size body. For a pose his left hand in forward, a mean look, and glowing ancient runes floating around his left hand. This form will raise attack, and speed, but lowers defence, and health points.
