Nic animation. A little too "random" in the movements on the head, but the transition is nice :p

Yeah it's meant to be a more jarring snap motion than a smooth transition, since I wanted to go for a more expressive one rather than a super clean morph.

This feels so organic and lifelike, the motion depicting his panic and confusion is spot on. This just feels so wholesome...and right.

I can tell there's a lot of study that goes into this. What program do you animate in out of curiosity?

Oh hey another Fantamorph user! These types of programs are so rare, it's a wonder there haven't been any more similar in nature.
Maybe I need to do more research, but my lines look like a blurred mess in Fantamorph. Or do you import and then redraw the frames manually?

I usually redraw the exported frames Fantamorph's a good start for timing and stuff but really distorts images too much to be usable directly.
