The trail of life is sometimes a long one, and not without it's casualties. Some of us fine solace in our friends, some of us in a bottle, but at the end of the day, it's really all the same. You stop and wonder, what's the next day going to bring.

I want to take a little time here to thank all of you that have been watching me. And have taken the time to comment on my photos, and encouraged me to go on to make photography more than just a hobby. I wanted to for a long time, but I've always been a little bit afraid. I'm still afraid, but not because I don't think I can, rather because I'm braking out into something new and am finally ready to go back into the world of professional photography. It's probably honestly for the better that I'm just doing this now, I thought I was ready years ago when I was in my teens, but I've learned so much since then. And I'm sure I'll keep learning as the years go by. This is my passion. It's what I feel I was put here to do.

And most of all, to thank my loving boyfriend, Xan Steel. I wouldn't be here today without him.

And yes, those are my shoes.
