This pokemon is a quadruped mammalian being that stands at around one meter point twenty-seven/three feet, one inches tall. This pokemon main color is light-blue to pale blue in areas. The pokemon hair on top of it’s head resembles the Glaceon’s tuque, it being the base where its long and flowing mane come out of. Said hair is the pale-blue in color, flowing out like water as if the wind was blowing even when in a lock and windowless room.

The body of this pokemon is light-blue with three pale-blue colored rhombus-shaped markings on its body, two on the sides and one on its back. The fur on the body can be chilled to the point of freezing and used as sharp quills. The feet/paws of this pokemon are colored pale-blue. The nine tails of this pokemon is light-blue with pale-blue at the tips.
