Four stages that show how I made the background scenery for the final boss fight in Larry and Lizzy.

1 - The hand-drawn volcano rim as it appeared when scanned.
2 - Placed Brian onto the set temporarily (just to note where his sprite would need to go).
3 - Original digital cleanup of the set.
4 - Finalised version; after the third one was put in-game, we decided it needed a little something more.
