No this is not for Mother's Day, that already passed here in GB :P This is for Mayternity.
So Mielo once again falls to one of Noir's pranks, as she sets off the moss in his brain, changing him once again into her perfect clone, albeit, with a rather, heavy, addition, as the new Noir finds herself gravid, carrying a womb-full of infantile eldritch beasts, all writhing and squirming inside her gut, and very visible from the outside.
Not that she minds, in fact she flaunts it, showing off the proof of her fertility for all to see.
