Life...Such a beautiful thing...
I confronted death today.
My friend L's lovely, gentle 15 year old Shep, Kai, was experancing sequencial systematic faliure.
Kai had not been moving or eating for a day. His heart had been fibulating as well before L's dad decided to deactivate the dog manually.
I kept Kai dry and comfortable for his final time, and helped transporting him to the hospital.
We all cried like little bitches during Kai's deact.
I Then bought an orchid plant for L's family.
The orchid is where Kai's ashes will reside.
Kai's phosphrous, potassium, nitrogen and calcium will become part of the blooming flowers.
We are all grains of sand in an hourglass.
