i think those seeds were some kind of respawn fail safe, they were digested but they respawned back at camp or where they wanted to be the most im assuming.

You would be correct. In the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games, the seeds are an item that can be used to revive teammates that have gone down ^^

Correct. While in the normal Pokémon games, revives appear to be crystal-like objects, in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games (like this comic is based around) They use an item called "Reviver Seeds" to revive teammates. You can read more on it here

the seeds they ate before i take it, it must have allowed them to respawn where they were they wanted to be, which explains why they kept thinking about their home.

Hopefully, since they lived to learn the lesson, they've learned the lesson: Some monsters just aren't worth the risk for the reward. (Alternatively: Come with a lot of backup and prepare for a hell of a fight).

Such lovely pudge on the Delphox... But I wonder what the remaining two pages will be? Her going to get them again, or the two somehow ending up in another gut? Or maybe the rest of their team finding their way to her home? So many fun outcomes...
