Fantastic picture Mary. I love how it really feels like it could jump right off the page. I really enjoy how the snow below him looks so fluffy he could almost be soaring above a cloud bank on the mountain side.
One bit of critique. Don't know if I am just crazy or what, but the right hand (the one up in the air) appears to be upside down. The thumb appears to be pointing down but considering the angle and whatnot it really should be pointing up.
Or the character could just have their thumbs on the opposite side of the hand from humans for all I know. I guess more of a curiosity than a critique actually. Though the left hand looks correct.
Either way the background is fantastic, and it really does move in your mind when you look at it.
