There's a new sheriff in town!

Vapcop is out patrolling the streets, tracking down heinous, uninflated lawbreakers to gobble up and sentence to an extended stay in his cushy see-through belly prison. You see, being a big, fat bloated balloon is the law of the land, and there's skinny fugitives on the loose who need to caught and rehabilitated to learn the error of their ways. Because it's simply unacceptable, nay criminal not to have a huge air-filled rubber tummy, shiny plump paws, or a balloonie bubble butt. Vapcop and the rest of the toycops who make up the Puff Patrol are out to enforce the law that bigger is always better!

Now, some lawbreakers are bound to be unrepentant of their illegal, skinny ways. So it's necessary for a toycop to employ more drastic measures - like stuffing each meal, errr prisoner in a poofy balloon of a diaper to hamper their ability to escape the long puffy arm of the law. (Of course, this also gives them a cute waddle to help stoke a hungry vapcop's appetite!) After being bowled over and smother by a big squishy belly, the criminal is pounced and arrested - gulped up in a long squeaky smacking sequence that sends them through the tight stretchy throat before they are deposited in the softest, puffiest prison cell yet! Once they're trapped and safely staring out from behind bars, then the really fun begins! But there's no rush - because this criminal isn't going anywhere.
