Batch TWO of the syngnathian hybrid adoptables I've been doing for Mermay! This time each one is a flat rate price of $10!!

- Syngnathians have reverse (counterclockwise) biology from other beings, meaning that males tend to have what we'd call feminine characteristics and vice versa. Female syngnaths still nurse their young, but males are the ones who carry them. Because of this, syngnaths are incompatible with clockwise bio folks, making hybrids such as these impossible UNLESS in-vitro is involved.. so you've got quite a special critter indeed if you adopt! Their biology can also be either clockwise or counterclockwise, depending on what you decide :)

- Adopts may be traded or sold, but not over the original price, and please credit the design/refer back to me.

- You choose the gender/characteristics/name/backstory/make minor changes if you wish!

Now onto the adopts:

1. Sea-urchin (SOLD!!): A hedgehog/seahorse cross. A bit prickly, perhaps, but never mean spirited. They just like to poke fun at others now and again. Comes complete with the ability to curl into a little seahoggy ball.

2. Wet-sponge (SOLD!!): A ram/seahorse cross. This shy critter never likes to have the wool pulled over their eyes. Their wooly parts are actually sponge! They've got a lot of shear determination!

3. Leafy-seabounder: A leafy seadragon/kangaroo cross. A hoppin' great friend with a big belly and a pouch for convenient storage! This one is bound to be your bestie!

4. Sea-smell (SOLD!!): A seahorse/skunk mix. Nothing stinks to this shy but positive critter! But taking care not to scare them into spraying ink-stink is a must(elid).

5. Water-fox (SOLD!!): A pipefish/fox hybrid. Looking for a clever pal? This foxy quick critter is ready to jump over the brown dogfish just for you.

6. The most magnificent seahorse in the universe (SOLD!!): Fresh from their longstanding career of carrying technicolor 80s children around on rainbows, this smug syngnathian is ready to be your one and only seastar...Except that they're their OWN one and only.

7. BONUS ADOPT BY VALENTINE (SOLD!!): My seven year old daughter has provided this adopt and priced it at $10, with any funds immediately going straight into her piggy bank :) It is a ladybug-gecko hybrid. I think a leopard gecko/ladybug is a pretty cool idea, no?
