The second picture is his younger self. I've not been able to find an artist that was able to draw him in the style I wanted,
and ironically this picture was exactly what I was looking for. I'm not saying it was intentionally stolen, but its probably
best for your to link the artist that commissioned you to avoid confusion as to whose character it is.

My cougar fursona was created in 2012, and has been refined over the years since then. I chose cougar specifically because it was something no one else was using at the time, and I admired that particular animal in rl.

No offence..but its a pretty simple and common design.
Ive seen hundreds of grey wolves..black cats...etc.

Just cause its a cougar with black ears and green eyes doesnt mean its stolen.
Especially with no solid evidence.

I don't like jumping in but I just wanted to mention that this character has different ear and muzzle markings to yours. They obviously didn't steal your character, they just made a cougar. I don't think you have to worry.
