I am by far no expert, specially when it comes to coloring.
but after experimenting with the eyes in my last commission,
I wanted to make a tutorial to remind myself how I managed to pull it off.

How I came up with this idea was from watching one of  rizen streams
And tried to make this easy to understand and adaptable for others to use
along with to be able to use with other programs aside from PaintTool Sai.
