Yet another town laid to waste by the Wanderer. Again confronted by Demons, both his own and external. Like others before he laid waste to the wicked place. Forced into primal instinct he unleashed his wrath upon both the Condemed and the inocent. His kind heart bound by his demonic half. He leaves the sight leaving his enemies to burn and whither and die in the Flames. Forever cleansing them from the parched earth and this wasteland that is the American West. Later that night the Wanderer will recall his actions and fall onto his knees, screaming in torment for what came over him.
Indeed he vanquished his Dark enemies, but at what cost? An entire town who at least half of whom were inocent. Their blood stained on his hands. He falls to his knees and roars out in angquish! This in not what he wants to be. Not a blood thirsty animal, but a protector. How, how could he though. How could anyone forgive him for his trasgresions.
The year was 1893.

Yeah, this is BY FAR the DARKEST character I've EVER envisioned!!!
His name is Jonathan Gabriel, born in 1865 shortly before the end of the Civil War. Born Half Human and Half Demon he wanders the American West without pourpose.
Because of what he is and how he looks he's rejected by society. Not even the Indians will accept him! He, in all sence of the word, is utterly alone in his life. That is until late in the year 1893. From there, EVERYTHING changes!!!
Jonathan is the main character of my story/book "Choice". It's domenently a horror story and does involve ALOT of emotional drama. The story is also VERY religious in tone.
This was kinda inspired by Steamby51's (of Deviant Art) "The Taker". Why, I'm not sure. Its been a while since I've drawn anything and this was a quick 15 minute thing I did and I think it came out pretty well.
Hope you guys like it!

Ok. It kind of looks like the revolver is crossdraw for the left hand. As for the maxim gun, that's kind of what it looked like, but it was hard to tell with the parts of it behind him. That'd be heavy to carry around though, since the gun weighs probably in the neighborhood of 40-50 lbs, plus 20+ pounds of ammunition per box of it (rifle ammo is very, very heavy, particularly in large quantities).
