From top to bottom, it reads:
1 Rexus: So doc, why can't we have kids?
2 Xatu: I don't know how to put this gently, so I'll be frank.
3 Xatu: Your balls are inert.
4 Rexus: WTF?!
Just meant to be funny, not important in the canon of my characters. Well, yeah, it is, but portrayed in a humorous manner.
