Refusal Policy – I reserve the right to refuse or refund any commission for any reason, including but not limited to drug use, violence, racism, hateful or sexual content. Please refer to my F-List for more details https://www.f-list.net/c/doa%20ashwood
Disclaimer – You must be 18 years of age or older to commission artwork of a sexual nature.
Pricing - Complex characters, backgrounds or rush orders may incur additional charges at my discretion.
Payment – All payment will be paid upfront and handled through paypal as “Pay for Goods or Services” with “No Shipping Required”. Paying through “Friend/Family” will result in your payment being refunded as it is not for business use.
Process – Work in progress pictures will be provided to ensure the piece is being completed as desired. Adjustments requested during or after the piece is finalized may incur an additional charge.
Privacy – All commissions may be streamed or uploaded to my art galleries, please notify me if the piece you would like to commission is private, or if you'd like to remain anonymous.
Copyright - Copyright of all images belong to the artist unless otherwise stated. I may use commissions in printed materials, but not without the original commissioner’s consent.
Editing/Reposting – I can't stop you from doing what you want with my artwork once it's out in the wild, so be classy and credit me where possible.
