
Folks who know me already know I'm not much one for inanimate TFs... buuuuuuuuuuuuuut I make a small exception when the inanimate is creature shaped. That means plushie TFs are perfectly fine (I'm not going to try to find logic in it all)!

...And it was almost like they were trying to cry out for help, the second the voice box vibrated and sound came out, synthetic filling immediately muffled the plea. But it didn't feel like it was filling in, rather that all the supporting musculature and flesh has become light and airy. The more the oral canal became fluff, the more the perceived pressure was as the plush filling unwound more of the old form to fill the new one. The magic rolled up the tongue and filled what was left of the muzzle and cheeks, pushing out between the lips, causing a sensation that felt like a gag was slipped into the maw.
The lips were next, they lost all ability to form the last bit of a word, every bit of ambulation, speech had already been long gone, and they drew together as a magical thread appeared and sped down the separation to close it up. The rest of the face was washed in lavender, tough backing fabric and a fine soft fur to coat it, and the pressure of fluff that pushed out against it to keep the shape as the plush was designed...
