Open species!

I made a reference for the ontos (ontos is both singular and plural). The examples are by no means exhaustive! It’s just a sample of possibilities. You can read more about the ontos on my website if you want.

Ontos are demons of thunder, and are the evolved descendants of an artificially-created precursor species, the pedre-ontos. Though the pedre-ontos were a failure from the point of view of their creator, their adaptability enabled them to survive and prosper. Most ontos are mixed with something else, as a result of the pedre-ontos interbreeding with other species as they spread and evolved. This mixing means their appearance can vary depending on their ancestry. For example, ontos horns are normally ram-like, but an individual with minotaur ancestry might have more bull-like horns. Ontos wings aren't great and while they can fly they usually prefer not to. Their wings shouldn't really be depicted as majestic or elegant.

- You can create your own ontos, or make an ontos version of your existing character.
- You can make a half-ontos, half something else character.
- You can make ontos adoptables/custom designs to sell or trade. You must make it clear to potential buyers that they can design an ontos by themselves for free, and that I am the creator of the species.
- You can make an ontos to pair with an existing character of yours, and design their offspring.
- Rarity isn't restricted; if you want to design an ontos that only has super-rare features, you can.
