Victory Is Inevitable
A picture who's title is a tribute to one of my favorite video game quotes and original soundtrack songs from a childhood game I loved, Emperor: Battle for Dune. It felt appropriate to make a Victini fit the role in the picture, being the Victory Pokemon and all.
