eyy i was tagged in a "8 facts about your oc" with my naga boy over da and i wanna put them here too bc its never a bad thing to put some infos about my babies everywhere
sooo here we go:

1. His name is Canaan and he is 32 yo. He's a sea snake shapeshifter and jewels dealer and enthusiast.
2. He's usually seen like a naga, but he can actually shapeshift his serpent half into any other animal (that means he can also look like a "normal" human being).
3. Can breathe under the water and stays there as much as he can, since it's more comfortable for him and he feels safer. He has gills on the side of his neck that disappear if he stays outside the water for too long.
4. Prefers to stay in naga form even outside the water, but human form is good too. He only shapeshifts into other animals if he needs it to fight or flee from danger. However, some rare event may occur when Canaan have a bond of trust strong enough for him to feel comfortable in showing himself in a form of a smaller and/or weaker animal like a rabbit or cat.
5. His hair catcher is a dry coral he received the first time he went to a human city when he was a kid.
6. Canaan works as a tradesman and sells all kinds of jewels and ornamented accessories. The problem is when he likes them too much and just keep them all to himself.
7. All the stuff he sells is stolen. As a good "marmaid", when Canaan wants something he lure his providers onto the deep and cold sea so he can get it easier.
8. Like most of snakes, Canaan lives isolated almost all the time. He's not much experienced in dealing with other people's emotions and is not much patient, but he tries his best.
