8.5" x 11". Ink, markers, colored pencil. 2001.
A commission for foxstar who was kind enough for have me do a couple
pictures for him at the time. A very complicated character design but it was
fun to work with. This was fresh off of making stuff for the Jadeclaw RPG,
which I'll upload/talk about another time. But yeah, that was still in my head
here.
It's much more marker heavy than pencil heavy. I really wanted to do it
as a painting but just didn't have any tools in my set of abilities to do this.
It also features a lot of influence by the poster work of David Lance Goines.

Seriously, Dude, you have been a source of incredible inspiration for me.
I first saw this piece in high school. It is one of my favorites. I used to carry it around in my binder everywhere. To this day, it's pieces like these that keep me painting, drawing, and creating.
I am now 24. I work in a fine arts shop, gearing up to go to school in Vancouver, and Emily Carr Institute or art and Design. I have offers to hang my work in a couple galleries in town and continue to be creative.
I owe a lot of who I am and what I create to people like you.
Thanks Chris
