For those who need an explanation of what is going on here, Alex up there is one of Foxgamer's quartet of main characters. Of all of them, he is by far the strongest in physical strength. As you can see here, as macro taur Virmir has given Daren trouble many many time, Alex here just lifts with his knees and the job is done.
