This is basically my reaction to my current situation that is going on with military duty.
One particular co-worker, lower ranked person is causing all the ruckus and stress among the team,
Such as denying to work, calling in sick for all kinds of bullshit reasons, taking all the breaks he can
to the point where he doesn't have any more break days left, Insulting us, accusing us for the crimes
that we did not did, trying to be one bossy son of a bitch and all.
Fortunately we might be able to kick him off to elsewhere because one of the medical center branch we own
requires a new man for their job because the predecessor finished their duty early due to marriage.
But anyway, I've been stressed and busy as fuck because of that fucking asshole.
Hence why i wasn't really able to make progress with commission as well.
Fortunately, i'm on vacation for 2 days and i will be working on those commissions during that period
and hopefully after he gets kicked out we will have less problems.

hopefully that guy isn't dealing with mental illness.
he might have something wrong with him.
you should get him check and treated.
sometimes, soldiers on duty crack from stress and the pain of the job.
they do everything they can to avoid their problem... never truly able to get away from it.
if he is suffering from this issue, he needs help.
people like that can seriously hurt themselves if you don't realize, you'd be doing him a favor...
though he'd probably resist if he ain't in the right mind.
just, get him help, a therapist, some medication...
if it ain't the problem... which is a chance... at least you still would lessen the damage he does from your force with his removal.

We even changed his role to easier one when he said his current one was too much burden for him and now he's ignoring our favor and doing this shit.

Many people with mental illness deny having it, just to argue a point there.
That sucks, that's typically asshole maneuver, and I'm sorry he took advantage of it.
Indeed agreed, no-one should ever be an asshole, regardless of the circumstance.
If anything, be thankful he may not be a problem for you for long... his behavior is enough to classify his removal.
