As I have weekends off from commission/tattoo work, I usually don't get to draw as much as I'd like (usually cleaning or doing other things xD), but this weekend I got to draw Eddie in a semi new style I'm working on. It's 80% my old style but I'm making newer and better changes, so hopefully they are noticeable? I want my style to be unique, and I think this is heading in the right direction. I'll get around to colouring her soon, but I just really love how this looks, I might even keep the shading texture I've done underneath the colouring to see how it looks.
So, originally, I was going to give Eddie an Orcadragon form (I still will), but after I drew the ears I couldn't help but think how much they suited her! I'm now battling with myself if I should keep them like this permanently, but still have the option to draw them how they originally were? This won't mean she's an Orcadragon either, I'm just stealing my own ear type for her. Ill also sometimes draw her with the unihorn Pandacorn-x drew in the original OC fusion of Eddie and Carnage, cause its hell a cute.

Hm, I really like the further up it goes, especially the face, head, and hair. That has a lot of detail put into it and it shows, especially those eyes. Even without color they have incredible detail and I really enjoy them. The only complaint I would say is that the tail looks like it sort of wraps around on itself, like the top and bottom halves are switching places. I think that's just the issue of not having color though.
I hope that sounded ok, I don't critique a lot but since this is a new style you're trying I just wanted to try and give an opinion. Hope that's ok

Thank you so much! The bottom part of the tail that doesn't match is the same as the belly, in colour as it continues on the inside of her legs and under the tail for about half the underside of the tail, if that makes sense? I think if it was coloured it would make more sense, so I totally see hat you mean :)

Second, yeah I was trying to use other pictures for examples, I focused on this one the most:

But that doesn't really show the underside like the one you just showed me. On a second look and using that one I can see the different parts (underside and each side of the "top" part of the tail) a bit more, but yeah I think color would make it a bit easier to see. It's still a great picture though, and it's a shame you've been so busy. Don't worry, I'll be here to bug you on each new submission as usual :p
